TABLE ROCK | REMODEL + FURNISHING
This contemporary remodel transforms the great room into a space that’s equal parts comfortable and striking. Large windows open the room to sweeping views, while a dark stained ceiling and Swarovski chandelier bring contrast and dimension. The central feature is a custom TV and fireplace wall that I designed specifically to highlight a Hunt Slonem painting. The clean-lined paneling frames the artwork and integrates function without distraction, giving the piece a strong presence in the room.
Furnishings were chosen to balance refinement with livability. Flexform seating anchors the layout with tailored comfort, while a textured rug from Restoration Hardware softens the space underfoot. For entertaining, a custom Amuneal wall mounted backbar with glass shelving adds utility and detail, tying seamlessly into the overall design. Sculptural tables, collected objects, and playful art moments add personality, while the grand piano creates a natural focal point and connection to the clients’ lifestyle.
The result is a great room that feels sophisticated but relaxed—designed for both daily life and entertaining. Every decision, from finishes to furnishings, was made to create a space that frames art, highlights craftsmanship, and lives beautifully day to day.
