Coordination with architects, builders, and consultants for preliminary budget considerations
Design documentation as required, including design-intent elevations, floor plan drawings, and renderings when requested

4. Procurement & Project Management
Maison Lefeber provides full procurement and project oversight to protect the integrity of the design.
We manage:
Ordering and purchasing of FF&E
Vendor coordination and lead times
Logistics, receiving, and storage
Ongoing communication throughout the process
This allows clients to remain focused on the big picture while we manage the complexities behind the scenes.
5. Installation & Styling
The final phase is where the project comes to life.
We oversee installation and final styling to ensure each element is placed with intention — from furniture and lighting to textiles and decorative details. This stage is carefully coordinated to deliver a finished home that feels complete, cohesive, and effortless.
6. Completion & Continued Care
Upon completion, we conduct a final walkthrough and address any remaining details, establishing a punch list when required.
